Platinum Recruitment Agency are looking for a Lettings Negotiator.
An opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic, presentable and well-spoken Lettings Negotiator for our clients, a well established lettings office in Stratford London.
You will need to have A MINIMUM OF TWO YEARS previous Lettings experience to be considered for this role.
Our clients are looking for the perfect candidate with a proactive approach to the Estate Agency industry and a willingness to work hard and exceed expectations to work within a dynamic and fun environment with real future progression in a values role for the right candidate.
It is absolutely ESSENTIAL to be well presented, well-spoken and displaying a professional manner at ALL TIMES.
Duties include but not restricted to:-
• Answering phones• Liaising with Landlords & Tenants
• Organising Management visits.• Organising Check-Out appointments.
• Renewal of Contracts• Taking Deposit Your determination and drive is the key factor in which my client will be looking for.
You will show that you are target-driven, sales orientated and willing to go the extra mile to succeed.
Salary is depending on experience. Full UK driving license is required but not essential
