Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Engineer

FINTEC recruit is looking out to recruit a Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Engineer for our Engineering client, to cover the North London area working on various Facilities Management/Building Services Contracts. These are permanent positions with a salary range of GBP22k - GBP30k depending on experience, as well as company benefits including a full expensed van and an incentive scheme. This role is a mobile position working within a confined radius of the North London area (No Nationwide Travel) and can include working on client sites in a high street environment. The role is predominately working Monday to Friday Days with overtime for Weekends available.

As a Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Engineer your responsibilities will include the following:-

Carrying out planned and reactive maintenance on a variety of commercial units
*

Working on your own initiative and also as part of a team carrying out routine PPM, reactive and minor repair works as assigned ensuring all deliverable SLA/KPI targets are met or exceeded
*

Attending Call outs/breakdowns and carrying out fault diagnosis, repairs or advise as required
*

Working safely and following company health and safety regulations to ensure safety of yourself, colleagues, customers and visitors
*

Taking full responsibility and ownership of all assigned tasks, carrying out skilled planned maintenance, repair and improvements
*

Installing new plants and equipments when required
*

Diagnosing and repairing faults on systems and plant
*

Being proactive in reporting faults to equipment, buildings and fittings
*

Delivering excellent customer service in this client facing role and ensuring excellent client relationships are sustained

The successful candidate for the Mobile Plumber / Plumbing Engineer role will have:-

Previous experience working for a similar building services company or having background in building services/facilities management maintenance
*

NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
*

Water Regulations (WRAS)
*

UDHW Unvented Hot Water Systems (Logic, BPEC,CITB, UK Certification etc)
*

Valid UK Driving License
*

Competency in carrying out minor electrical/fabric and plumbing repairs
