General Operative

To assemble & fit component parts, to the required quality standard, using a variety of hand or power tools & related equipment from written instructions.

Ideal candidate will be mechanically minded, previous experience in automotive repair, refrigeration or maybe your hobby is to fix and build anything mechanical, then we want to hear from you.

•Meet daily quality & production targets as set by the Supervisor.
•Ensure documented processes are followed at all times.
•To be able to work in a structured manner.
•Understand the need & work within the Company's flexible working patterns.
•Willing to learn new production techniques & processes.
•To have the ability & willingness to work as part of a team.
•Handle all parts & equipment with card & attention.
•Can work with minimum supervision.
•Keeping themselves & others safe at all times.
•Use & maintain all supplied Personal Protective Equipment in good condition.

Skills Required

Good basic mechanical skills.
Ability to read & understand written instructions/documentation.
Ability to work under strict time allocation.
Good hand to eye co-ordination

Qualifications Required
C&G, NVQ or similar, with Automotive or assembly elements.
Background in garage or assembly online environment
