We currently have opportunities in the following areas:
- Sales Acquisitions Advisor
Our Acquisitions Advisors liaise with potential customers, listening to their needs and matching them to the right products and services in order to secure a sale.
- Sales Retentions Advisor
Our Retentions Advisors are focused on retaining the business of our existing customers, answering any questions they may have about their packages, identifying opportunities to upgrade or improve their service and ensuring they feel valued and satisfied

- Communicate with potential and/or existing BT customers in an engaging and enthusiastic manner
- Showcase BT products and services and demonstrate incredible product knowledge
- Work efficiently and effectively to meet team and individual targets
- Ensure every customer feels valued and satisfied with their BT package
- Keep yourself informed and up-to-date on changes to BT products and services
- Always act as a BT ambassador, following our values and helping us build customer loyalty through exceptional service.

- A generous starting salary of GBP17,983.00 (rising to GBP19,981.00 after nine months) plus 30% bonus

Typical opening hours are from 7am-11pm Sat - Fri. You'll be required to cover a variety of shifts between these hours, including some evenings and weekends. We will ask for your preference and match as closely as we can, with options such as nine day fortnights for full-timers, and three / four days weeks for part-timers. Everyone is required to commit to some evening and weekend work, and during training you'll be required full-time
