Our client, a technology company based in Cambridge, is looking for a Customer Care Agent to join their Customer Care department. This is a full time, permanent role. As first line contact and support to their customers, providing a friendly, professional and efficient customer service is paramount in this role. Responding to customer and internal requests quickly and efficiently in a pressurised environment is key in delivering the high standard of customer service that our client is looking for.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Call handling
  • First Line Technical Support
  • Processing incoming e-mails
  • Lead creation
  • Creating Customer Care tickets for FSE call-outs/repairs/breakdowns, equipment moves and installations
  • Maintenance order and service confirmation follow-ups
  • NPS installation worksheet allocation
  • Assist with sales and marketing projects
  • Returns Labels
  • Order number chase-up for local transactions
  • Engineer despatch and messaging
  • Updating customer details
  • Preparing quotations
  • Ordering parts

The ideal candidate will have both CRM and SAP experience and will possess Microsoft Office skills at intermediate level. You must be fluent in English with excellent literacy and communication skills. It is essential that you have excellent geographical knowledge. You must be able to work quickly and efficiently in a pressurised environment and must be able and willing to learn new roles. You will be expected to assist colleagues and help out as and when required so you must be willing and flexible in your approach to work. Previous experience in dispatching is desirable and an individual with an interest in technical knowledge is preferred.
