Client Account Administrator Do you have Administration skills with an excellent understanding and ability to deal with people?Are you a recent graduate looking for a challenge within a vibrant office environment?Will you feel comfortable preparing simple reports?We're on the hunt for a Client Administrator with an excellent eye for detail to join our bespoke team who look after high profile household named clients/brands such as Warner Brothers, Universal, Yankee Candle, Mattel etc.Its important that you will be outgoing with LOTS of personality and be confident in integrating with a range of clients and colleagues. Joining the team as Client Administrator you'll implement, support and review administration processes required to deliver the client account effectively, efficiently, accurately and with client focus at all times. As part of the client management team you'll support Coordinators and Account Managers to make sure client activities are delivered to spec - so it goes without saying you'll be excellent working towards deadlines and able to prioritise your workload. The team work in a fast paced environment working together and individually, problem solving, multitasking and making sure the client is kept in the loop at all times. As Client Administrator you'll be taking queries from the field staff, the client and internal team members - a high level of communication skills are imperative, both verbal and written. You'll be preparing reports where a top level of attention to detail is required, along with excellent Excel skills. Ideally, for this Client Administrator role you'll have an impressive background dealing withadministrative tasks i.e. data entry, telephone and email queries, preparation of simple Excel reports and dealing with multiple projects at a time. This role would also suit graduates who are looking to progress a career in account management, and are looking to grow and develop within a friendly, vibrant office environment! Hours of Work: Full time - Monday to Friday (Weekends and Bank Holidays may be required) Salary: ??15.5-16.5k pa DOE 28 days holiday per year (incl.
