PROPERTY SALES CONSULTANT
Salary £18,000 + Commission
OTE £30,000 - £35,000
We are a highly successful property company whom buy and sell residential property. Due to significant growth, we are expanding our property sales team and are looking for a strong sales person with estate agency experience.
The ideal candidate will be able to obtain sales instructions using their ability to negotiate per their understanding of a person’s circumstances and motivation, to be able to build relationships with vendors in order to help retain business, and to have the commitment, determination and desire to be proactive in following up new and old opportunities.
This office role involves a high amount of telephone communication along with administration and computer work.
