JOB VACANCY: DELIVERY DRIVER/KITCHEN ASSISTANT
Job Description:
Delivery driver: Applicants must hold a UK driving licence with a maximum of 3 penalty points
- Managing cash sales and recording at the end of each shift
- Preparing, stocking vans prior to delivery round
- Ensuring that “safe food” methods are maintained
- Logging sales and returns
- Checking van stock rotation; tidying & cleaning vans at the end of each round
- General observations regarding potential maintenance issues regarding the vans.
Kitchen Assistant: To cover for sick/holiday leave
- Preparing hot and cold food for sale from the mobile catering vans or the catering cabin
- Checking stock levels and ensuring that all food safety standards are met
- Ordering stock
- Checking delivery of stock
- Light cleaning duties (during and at the end of each shift)
