Booker
We are currently looking for a Booker to join our Bristol based client on a 3-month contract basis to start immediately.
The purpose of the role is to maximise sales performance, customer retention and all revenue opportunities through the provision of high quality leads to nominated sales executives. You will also be expected to provide a high standard of customer service to both existing and potential clients across all brands as required in a professional and timely manner.
Accountabilities and Main Responsibilities of Job:
??? Handling calls (outbound only), to maximise sales performance, lead generation and retention targets through the provision of effective and efficient communication and negotiation skills
??? Contribute to the achievement of team and operational targets
??? Liaising with clients/prospective clients all year round
??? Deliver individual quantitative targets, adhering to quality and accuracy standards
??? Provide the customer with relevant product information that is clear, fair and not misleading allowing them to make an informed decision
??? Operate within own area of accountability, proactively escalating issues and seeking guidance.
??? Understand and apply all company policies and procedures to ensure service standards are met in accordance with SLA and FCA requirements.
??? Understand business issues and recommend solutions to improve
??? Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with all colleagues and customers, promoting a professional business image
??? Understand and adopt a TCF approach to all aspects of day-to-day work
??? Understand and apply all legal, regulatory, information security and c compliance requirements and report any breaches when identified
??? Provide support and guidance as required
??? Commit to own personal development
??? Adhere to Health & Safety policies
??? Undertake ad-hoc project work where applicable, including database administration

Essential

??? Good computer skills
Desirable
??? 5 GCSE passes including Maths and English - Grade C (or equivalent)
??? Experience of working in a contact centre or customer service environment
??? Previous sales / booker experience
??? Basic knowledge of insurance products and principles
Whilst this is initially a contract role, there will be the opportunity for it to lead to a permanent position for the right candidate.
Salary - ??9 per hour
