LOCATION: Wisbech St Mary
JOB TITLE: General Nursery Worker
SALARY & BENEFITS: Minimum wage GBP6.70 Under 25 and GBP7.20 per hour over
WORKING HOURS: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:15pm - This is a temporary job running from January - May 2017, this will be extended if required
THE COMPANY: We are currently working with an international, independent and family owned company who are an innovative and tradition-conscious vegetable, flower and vegetable growing company making the world more colourful. They supply their products to various garden centres throughout Europe and the UK.
THE ROLE: As a General Nursery Worker you will be undertaking various jobs around the nursery including working within the green houses. You will be sticking, topping and gapping along with frequent lifting; pushing and carrying therefore you should be physically fit to undertake this role effectively.
THE CANDIDATE: The successful candidate will need to be hard working and willing to be on your feet for most of the day. Having previous nursery or horticultural experience is preferred however full training will be given to the right candidates.
