We are delighted to be working on behalf of the UK's leading distributor of sheet material and roll media to many different markets including - sign, display and graphics, building and construction, exhibition and events, fabrication and engineering. Operating from 14 profit centres nationwide they are currently looking for a motivated individual to assist with the development of business opportunities from both new and existing customers at their office in Leeds.
As a part of the Internal Sales team you will work in a relaxed vibrant atmosphere where each individual is relied on to maximise their time. Key duties as Internal Sales in Leeds to include:
The ideal candidate for this role will have good basic Maths and English skills, along with attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service skills must be maintained at all times. - Processing orders and estimates received via phone, fax or email where possible always exceeding the expectations of the customer.
- Develop and maintain relationships with both new and existing customers.
- Maximising all sales opportunities by identifying customer needs.
- Have a good knowledge of the diverse range of products we offer. Training will be provided as is necessary and as requested.
- Dealing with complaints promptly and effectively, to provide and maintain a high standard of customer service. Turning a negative into a positive.
- Maintaining profit centre administration in line with company policies and procedures.
- Participating in all activities that contribute to the achievement of the sales, margin and profit targets.
- Carrying out any other reasonable tasks or duties at the discretion of the management.
