Workplace description: This hotel near Tetbury is the perfect choice for anyone seeking Cotswold accommodation in a traditional English country hotel. It is set in acres of well-tended gardens and woodland, situated amidst the beautiful countryside of the Southern Cotswolds. This is a fine English country house hotel within easy reach of the region's numerous stately homes, gardens, bustling Cotswold market towns, pretty Cotswold villages and visitor attractions. It is easily accessible from the M4, which is 10 miles away, and the M5, which is within 15 minutes drive.

Main duties and responsibilities: We are looking for someone who is driven by the guests experience in whatever environment within the hotel, that may be whether it is the more relaxed Bar, 2 Rosette Restaurant or a guest attending a wedding or conference. The successful candidate must be someone cooking for the guest and not his ego or pride. Our FOH team will bend over backwards to give the guests what they want and this view is and must be echoed by our kitchen brigade going forward.

Essential criteria: This position is for a dynamic Chef to build on our reputation and help promote the hotel through superb food. A stable background and rosette experience is essential. The ideal candidate will also have experience of winning/retaining the rosettes for previous employers.
