My Client is currently recruiting for a Pastry Chef to join their vibrant kitchen serving fantastic quality Pastries alongside very talented staff.

This beautiful country hotel set in the heart of Gloucestershire specialises in producing great food using fresh, quality, and seasonal, British produce. The menu changes regularly and includes seasonal veg and all locally produced ingredients. The chosen applicant will have a passion for food & flavours and a desire to work to constantly improve and build on the strong foundations already in place.

This culinary brigade is made up of passionate, hard-working chefs who strive to produce beautiful deserts. Therefore, our Client is looking for someone who has got a solid background using their love of food and fine dining and is eager to go far in their career and have the opportunity to show off their culinary skills amongst an already fantastic and strong team.


??? Responsible for overseeing all the Pastry within the hotel
??? Ability to work with the finest locally sourced ingredients and produce amazing dishes
??? Responsible for creation of baked goods and desserts applicable to the restaurant menu
??? Able to prepare a wide variety of desserts and bread items from scratch
??? Will be required to train or supervise others
??? Responsible for recipe creation and menu innovation


??? Must have Pastry and Culinary knowledge and experience
??? High attention to detail
??? Ability to maintain exceptional hygiene standards
??? Must show creativity and flair
