Working for a leading, well established legal practice based in the centre of Cirencester. The position is a secretarial post, working within the Litigation Department, where the candidate would be working for a solicitor and as part of the Litigation Department team.

The job involves general secretarial duties, including audio typing of letters, attendance notes, emails, documents, as well as preparation of court documents including trial bundles, witness statements, defences etc. There is some diary management, scheduling meetings, liaising with Counsel's chambers, corresponding with clients, preparing accounts and bills, file maintenance including filing, photocopying and archiving.

Previous experience of working within a legal environment preferred but not essential

This is a permanent role paying ??18,000- ??20,000.
Hours of work are 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Car parking is provided.
