Trainee Recruitment Consultant OTE ??40k with Full Training and Development

Bristol City Centre Office,??30k-??40k 1st year, ??50-60k 2nd year, ??100k+ 3rd year + Training + Progression + Incentives days holiday

We are looking to bring in Trainee Recruitment Consultants of any discipline who have an interest in going into business/sales/recruitment and has a drive to succeed.
The role is a varied, fast paced and exciting where you will build and develop your own client base, develop relationships and be involved in a thriving environment alongside like-minded people. No two days are the same and on-going training is provided to ensure you become a task expert with the opportunity to become a manager alongside our meritocratic profession structure (you can get there in as little as 12 months).
What might you be expected to do:
* Client tendering
* Headhunting
* Sales and new business calls
* Advertising jobs
* Writing job specifications and recruitment policies
* Client meetings
* Administration
* Negotiating contracts
* Complete starter checks: reference checking etc.
* Helping applicants prepare for interview
* Organising interviews and selection events
* Interviewing and assessing prospective applicants and matching them with vacancies at client companies
* Drawing up shortlists
