Maintenance Administrator, Bristol, brand new modern offices, great progression!

One of our most prestigious automotive clients are looking for a Maintenance Administrator to join their fast growing team in Bristol.

Maintenance Administrator duties include:

* Ensuring tax discs are administered correctly and sent to the customer on time
* Ensuring EDI messages are received and dispatched correctly
* Ensuring MOT reminders are generated and sent to customer on time
* Ensuring the correct administration of tax disc refunds and SORN declaration
* Liaising with the overseas travel department in the AA on a regular basis
* Administering parking fines/motoring offences
* Raising manual invoices as required
* Ensuring manufacturers safety recall letters are forwarded to customer without delay
* Ensuring accuracy of V5 documents and correct filing of same
* Dealing with customers written/telephone enquiries in a prompt efficient manner

Maintenance Administrator specific experience required:

* Commercial Awareness
* Health & Safety
* Equivalent to 2 years experience in an administrative role
* Competent in both Word & Excel
* Experience with access beneficial

Maintenance Administrator skills required:

* Microsoft i.e. Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
* Communication i.e. face to face, telephone, email and letter writing
* Time Management
* Planning and Organising
* Customer Handling
* Numerate and Literate

Salary and Hours

* ??19,500 - 20,500
* Monday - Friday hours vary between 08:30 - 18:00
