Jobs Responsibilities:
??? Develop the strategic sales and marketing plan for the company, bringing fresh innovative ideas and a modern approach
??? Coach and develop the sales team to improve performance - this will include a team of Area Sales Managers as well as Internal Proposals Engineers / Tender Engineers
??? Taking personal responsibility for large key accounts
??? Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement

This role will suit:
??? An ambitious, energetic and dynamic sales director / commercial director / sales & marketing director.
??? Strong strategic focus, with an ability to devise innovative and effective strategic sales plans and ensure effective implementation
??? Strong mentoring and coaching ability - working with the sales team to improve their performance and skill level
??? Experience with water industry frameworks, the AMP cycle and dealing with the likes of Thames Water, Severn Trent, Anglian Water, Wessex Water, Yorkshire Water, United Utilities etc. (or similar)
