Job Title: - Project Manager

Location: - Bristol

Are you a experienced Project Manager with the capability to deliver construction projects up to ??5 Million within a multiple sectors i.e education, commercial and accommodation?

Our client, who is a leading UK based main contractor who has seen growth year on year has recently secured multiple projects within the education, student accommodation and commercial sector. This has sparked a requirement for a experienced Project Manager to join a well established and successful team.

The client requires a Project Manager who has a proven track record delivering new build & refurbishment contracts up to ??8 Million. The candidate would have knowledge and experience within the above sector, design & build and JCT form of contracts is a must. Ideally located within one hour travel of Bristol and looking to progress their career for one of the most reputable regional contractors within the South West.

Candidate's experience:

* Managed & delivered projects between ??1 Million - ??5 Million
* Previous experience working within the Commercial, Education, Student Accommodation & leisure sector
* Managed Design & Build & JCT form of contracts
* Able to set up site, plan & deliver projects to program & to budget
* Experienced using programming software (Power Point/ Microsoft)
* Strong knowledge of heath & safety legislation
* Ability to Document & ensure all company producers are adhered to
* Able to Co-dinate large project teams, Site Manager, Planner , Design Manager
