PMI Sales Consultants - OTE ??60k PLUS
Established in 1996 we are a long established, financially secure and very successful independent Private Medical Insurance brokerage based in the centre of Cheltenham town.
We are looking to further expand our team and find talented confident and tenacious individuals that are looking to join a company with a friendly, professional environment where each employee is valued and considered an integral part of the company.
The successful candidates will have targeted sales experience, cold calling experience would be a huge advantage to your application.
Responsibilities:
-Contacting and building positive relationships with individuals and insurers.
-Taking the client through a fact-finding exercise, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
-Presenting the most suitable policy from our panel of leading insurers converting these clients into sales
-Adhering to FCA rules and regulations
Requirements:
-Previous sales experience in preferably a telephone based role
-Experience of working in a targeted environment and a proven ability to achieve these targets.
-Excellent communication, empathy and negotiation skills
-A positive attitude with a strong work ethic and dedication
-A self-motivated and ambitious personality
-Excellent time management skills
-Financial services experience is desirable but not essential
Salary & Benefits:
-??21,000 basic plus uncapped commission !!!
-20 days holiday plus bank holidays
-Paid closure through Christmas to New Year
-Monday to Friday with optional weekends
