The Role:
* As the Specification Sales Manager, you will be working closely with Landscape Architects and Contractors, tracking through the sales process from initial specification to final contractor work.
* The Specification sales Manager plays a vital role within the business, managing existing clients but also showing true prowess in gaining new business for the region
* As the Specification Sales Manager, you will be selling the full range of hard landscaping, Street furniture, and paving solutions into a broad and exciting customer base
The Ideal Person:
* If you are familiar with Landscaping products in the construction industry, and have worked with Architects and/or Contractors we want to hear from you
* The successful candidate will have heavyside civils experience, and be commercially aware having specified products into architects
* If you are experienced in Landscaping materials and paving, having worked in a specification sales environment and are looking for your next big step into a sales role with uncapped earnings potential, we want to hear from you.
* The successful applicant will be confident in pitching complex products into potential new business prospects, showing a real ambition and desire to succeed.
* This post is open to hungry, fantastic graduates, if you have graduated in a relevant Civil, Engineering or Construction qualification
