Role: Sales Office Manager

Location: Avon mouth, Bristol

Salary - ??30,000 Per Annum, Plus Bonus / Commission, based on the increase in

team performance.

40hrs / week - 08:30 - 17:30

Permanent - Full Time

OTE - ??40K

Holiday - 21 days per annum + Bank Holidays

What the job entails?

The person appointed will lead a growing highly motivated and professional internal Sales team.

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated person who will work as a Sales Office

Manager to take responsibility for leadership of the internal sales team to ensure growth in line

with company targets.

The Sales Office Manager will be responsible for day to day running

of the internal sales teams ensuring that sales targets and KPI's are met.

Key to the role will be coaching, inspiring and motivating the sales team and implementing best

practice and acting as an interface between the internal sales team and the senior management


You will be a good organizer and use these skills to direct and inspire the team whilst monitoring

performance using the CRM system and other management tools. Attention to detail is a

must ensuring that all processes and procedures are followed and customer service and

performance standards are maintained.

A key focus will be to educate the sales team personnel by establishing training programs in the

areas of new account sales and growth.

About you?

To be considered for this role you will have worked in an internal sales team environment and

have experience of team management and coaching. You will need to be vocal and outgoing and

be a hands-on manager, leading from the front to drive performance.

You must be IT literate, and any product knowledge would be advantageous, however this is not

essential as training will be given.


* Demonstrable experience working within a busy call centre environment.
* The ability to lead a team of 10 or more Sales Account Managers to achieve common

targets and goals for the business.

* Proven ability to achieve performance management targets.
* Proven coaching and performance management skills - managing and encouraging a

team of people to deliver best in class customer service.

* Monitor and review team statistics to ensure customer service targets are met and

exceeded in alignment with KPIs.

* Solid understanding of key performance metrics and performance management techniques
* Planning and organising skills for own workload to agreed deadlines and performance


* Demonstrate communication skills - listening, empathy, building rapport and influence with


* You should be a team player, be flexible, have a confident manner and be able to work under pressure
