The Role
As Head of Sales Operations, you will implement the sales / marketing strategy to ensure sales / customer service teams deliver against agreed financial and service level targets during this period of significant growth. You will develop your team, helping them deliver the best service to learners and drive results, contributing to business growth / culture of excellence. Responsibilities will include:
* monitoring performance and targets against plans / budgets / results
* delivery of monthly / quarterly / annual team revenue targets across multiple sectors
* ensuring high levels of customer experience spanning sales through to service
* drive transformation projects / developments to improve the learner experience
* managing strategic partnerships / contract negotiations with product partners and suppliers
* developing and managing performance / KPIs to maintain high performing culture
* undertaking regular market / competitor analysis to drive new product development strategy

The Person
The ideal Head of Sales Operations will have proven experience of leading a team within a target driven environment - and be an inspiring / effective leader focussed on delivering results. Comfortable operating at Senior Management level, you will have a pragmatic approach to business with the ability to add commercial value. With a track record in education / training desirable, experience of working to targets and deadlines and a strong working knowledge of CRM systems, you will need strong communication and coaching skills and lots of energy and enthusiasm.
