Our client is a busy and friendly small business who are looking for a sales office administrator to cover a maternity contract
- You will be responsible for taking inbound calls from customers and suppliers
- Use of an in-house CRM system training will be given
- Diary management and scheduling appointments for engineers to visit customers
- Liaising with customers and dealing with queries and issues
- Dealing with queries from fitters and locating them on site
- An understanding of the sales process and invoicing is ideal
The successful candidate will have good administrative experience and be able to think on your feet and pick things up quickly.
