HR Manager - The Cheltenham Park Hotel

The beautiful Four Star, 150+ bedroom Cheltenham Park Hotel in Cheltenham, Gloucestershire is recruiting for a Human Resources Manager.

The role is initially intended to be full time and may then move to part time after the first few months.

Duties will include HR administration for the hotel; maintaining the labour management system; assisting with recruitment and employee relations activities; coordinating both statutory and job skills training; assisting with payroll processing if required; supporting and advising managers on Team Member related issues; assisting with Team Member engagement activities and any other human resources related tasks as decided by the General Manager.

Applicants should have previous experience in Human Resources or Hospitality (ideally both), be personable and approachable, have an organised and methodical approach to their work, be IT literate with a good knowledge of word, excel, outlook and power point; have experience of training and/or coaching others and be able to interact at all levels. A HR related qualification is preferred but not essential.
