QUANTITY SURVEYOR
Persimmon Homes West Wales requires an experienced Quantity Surveyor ideally with housebuilding experience to join our Commercial team based at our office in Swansea, to assist in the financial management of sites, through effective and efficient controls, producing reports to allow Senior Management to establish site status, carrying out interim valuations, carry out tendering, compiling site budgets, raise sub-contract orders, process payments, and liaise with other departments.
The successful candidate should be able to demonstrate sound quantity surveying skills. They must have Commercial awareness, an eye for detail, are reliable, demonstrates effective cost control/reconciliation skills, be a team player, organised, enthusiastic and have a positive attitude.
The applicant should also be ambitious and determined to build a long term career with this progressive regional business.
