Sales Co-ordinator - GBP21K - Permanent - Milton Keynes Smart Moves are recruiting on behalf of a highly recognised company with global success and an excellent reputation. The ideal candidate will hold a keen eye for detail and be able to input data accurately and efficiently. Main Responsibilities: Provide a prompt response to all internal and external queries by phone, fax, post or email Contribute towards the overall success of the team Input orders efficiently and accurately Advise customers of any out of stock/discontinued products Process all pricing queries and administer all returns/damaged goods Raise financial credits when required Maintain knowledgeable on all products and services available Assist in the development of new team members Organise and prioritise workloads Build and maintain strong working relationships Required Skills: Previous customer service experience A polite and professional telephone manner Team player with a positive attitude Good attention to detail Proficient PC skills Thank you for your interest in this position.
