We are currently recruiting Customer Contact Advisors for a company based in North Bristol, You would be required to meet and exceed customer's expectations by dealing with their queries, concerns and complaints in a friendly, facilitative and flexible manner. Along with the ability to proactively manage all customer contact and ensure that service levels are achieved. The 'ideal' candidate must be able to put customer's needs first, by contacting customer's using structured communication,adopting an empathetic and consultative approach. You will also need to be able to juggle tasks and feel confident using in-house database to ensure information is captured accurately and correctly. This is a permanent opportunity commencing on 9th January 2017 due to the intensive training period we ask that no annual leave to be taken from 9th January until 5th March 2017 inclusive.
