Head of Business Development - Complex Care.... Central and South of England We are??? Newcross Healthcare solutions, a provider of complex care and nursing support to people in their own homes, as well as providing Nurse Staff resource solutions to hospitals, nursing and care homes, and in community settings. We are privately owned, established nearly 20 years and one of the fastest growing and dynamic organisations in our industry. Why we need you??? The elderly population is set to rise dramatically over the coming years, the demand for highly skilled nursing and care staff required to help care for our growing population is also rising. We have grown to over 50 offices across the UK and as a company growing at over 40% year on year. We have the desire to stay ahead of the game. What you'll bring??? You'll be a natural leader with a proven track record of developing and maintaining new business within a care environment. You'll have knowledge of a range of different stakeholders and have the gravitas to be able to secure valuable new Complex Care contracts across Central and South of England. You'll work with our Complex Care Managers in current locations to increase our delivery of quality Complex Care packages and focus on winning new business in new locations as part of our growth plan. In essence you'll be the primary new business generator for the Complex Care side of our business. Can you deliver? Then get in touch??? What's on offer???
