Travel Systems Administrator, Cheltenham, ??16,000 - ??18,000 per annumAn exciting opportunity to join a prestigious company based in the centre of Cheltenham with an extensive benefits package.Responsibilities * Data Loading - Accurately load and amend supplier contracts onto companies in-house system * Understand and read supplier contracts and manipulate data from these * To ensure system administration procedures and policies are maintained fully * Checking - Check loading input by other team members onto the database, against the original supplier contracts and highlight any errors found. * Identify missing or incomplete contracts or information and advise the Product Manager and Product Support Manager of this. * To test, log and report all system errors to the Product Support Team Leader. * To monitor and action all system requests and queries from all offices and departments via the Helpdesk and in person. * To build effective relationships with the data loaders to ensure all product is loaded within agreed timescales and standards. * Additional duties as requiredKey skills required:* Be able to demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail * Experience of working in a busy environment, with strong administration and organisational skills. * Have proven data entry skills * Have the ability to interpret supplier contracts and manipulate data from these * Ability to prioritise and efficiently complete tasks in detail * Have strong communication skills * Be able to work both as part of a team and/or independently * Be able to manage own workload * Be strong in numeracy * A background in travel and a good geographical knowledge will be beneficialMonday to Friday??16,000 - ??18,000 per annumThe Benefits* Holiday pay, which increases with length of service * Excellent induction * Ongoing training programme * An interesting and varied career path * A vibrant working environment * Travel discounts * Pension scheme * Honesty tuck shop * Free weekly organic fruit * Bike to work scheme * Childcare vouchers * Free eye tests * Organised social events * Life Assurance
