Learning Support Assistant with SEND Experience needed
Learning Support Workers Needed ITN Mark Education has been approached by an SEND school seeking Learning Support Assistants with experience of working with students that can display challenging behaviour. The school caters to children from the ages of 10 - 19 who have complex needs including autism and emotional, social and behavioural difficulties across several different bases. You will be assigned to 1 base but may be asked from time to time to travel to one of the other bases. The ethos of the school is one of rehabilitation, and of teaching the child as a whole person. The holistic approach from the school means that they are able to have more of an impact on learning, emotional intelligence and resilience than in a mainstream school, leading to positive outcomes for students.
