Due to internal promotion a warm desk covering temp and contract finance has arisen to cover the Bristol and Bath markets.ROLEThe position will pick up on an existing client base and warm pool of candidates. The company has a good reputation within the market and currently has a number of temps working across junior to senior finance roles within the public and private sector. The role is to take on these clients and develop the revenue stream further, plus of course building relationships with new clients.PERSONIdeally you will have recruitment experience already, perhaps working on a fast paced desk like commercial or industrial but are looking for a new challenge. If you have exposure to the finance sector that is a distinct advantage however is not essential. This will involve regular client meets, so you should be confident winning business face to face too.
