We specialise in helping SMEs get the very best out of their social media (especially Facebook and Instagram), advertising and marketing programs. We are looking for a highly capable, adaptive, and driven Inside Sales Manager to continue to grow our Inside Sales function and achieve our vision of becoming THE trusted advisor to small and medium businesses globally.

While you will be employed by NRS Media, your team will be selling social media solutions - especially Facebook and Instagram - to SMEs under the HoneyBadger brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and develop a highly effective sales team of 10-15 Telesales Executives
Coach, inspire and motivate the team to exceed individual revenue sales targets and maximize performance
Manage individual performance to ensure revenue targets and tele-based KPIs are achieved with the highest business integrity
Continuously improve the Inside Sales function through effective people management, data analysis, and best practice recommendations
Ensure effective sales processes and procedures are adhered to, including data entry, CRM systems management, and sales pipeline/opportunity management
Create a professional and fun working environment

Skills and Experience:

3+ years' Telesales Management experience
Strong sales coaching skills
Proven track record of success in driving outbound new business sales to small and mid-size businesses
Energetic and positive attitude with a high level of professionalism, personal integrity, and the drive to succeed through making your team succeed
Effective interpersonal and communication skills that can motivate and inspire achievement of individuals and team goals
Problem-solving and critical thinking skills to identify root causes, recommend effective solutions, and make sound business decisions
Adaptability and flexibility in order to work effectively in challenging situations and with multiple stakeholders
Computer literate, including MS-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and CRM systems

A university degree (Bachelor or equivalent)
Field sales experience

Candidates must be eligible to work within the UK. No relocation will be provided.
