Qualified Asbestos Surveyor - Bexley, Kent,
Salary - Up to GBP28,000 + benefits

A specialist consultancy, established over 25 years ago since its inception and offices across the South East region of the UK, are on the lookout for a Qualified Asbestos Surveyor to join their team at their Kent location due to a rapid growth phase.
Disciplined in Asbestos Surveying, Testing, Sampling, Monitoring and Management for Asbestos, with the added involvement of other divisions including Legionella, Fire Safety and Energy, this organisation is a fully UKAS accredited consultancy for all services offered for Asbestos.
Key requirements / qualifications:
BOHS P402 qualification (or RSHP equivalent), 1-2 years' experience as an Asbestos Surveyor, ability to use IT/Tablets/Smartphones for data submission and communication, flexible and adaptable to cover primary locations in London and surrounding areas, preferable from a UKAS accredited background/company
The role of Asbestos Surveyor is predominantly a field based role with very little involvement in the office. You will be required to make occasional trips to the office for Bulk Sample submissions when required. You will mainly be conducting Asbestos Management/Refurb surveys on a range of Domestic properties, with the view to progress through to commercial level properties.
Our client is looking for candidates with drive and a focused approach when it comes down to quality. On offer is a negotiable salary of up to GBP28,000 plus an attractive benefits package including flexible overtime rates and a company vehicle.
