BIM Manager
A leading construction company are looking to recruit a BIM Manager to be based in their Regional office, in the Cambridgeshire area. They are one of the largest contractors in the Northern Home Counties and work on a range of prestigious schemes.
Due to recent success in this business unit successfully winning new schemes and projects they require a lead for BIM implementation and coordination across a variety of schemes. They have an excellent portfolio of projects across a range of sectors including but not limited to educational, heritage, commercial and mixed use developments, they predominantly work on projects up to GBP25m, however have the capability to deliver larger schemes.
The need a BIM Manager who is responsible for leading the BIM design and coordination from inception and to support the pre-construction for future projects. They want someone who communicates well and has the ability to contribute at design meetings and chair where necessary, They want someone who can review building information models and develop the technical department.
