New Business Development Manager
Motor Finance
South East Territory
Basic Salary GBP30,000 to GBP35,000
OTE GBP56k+. Car & Benefits
WNA Solutions are recruiting for a New Business Development Manager for a well-established national motor finance company. The company has a great attitude towards its clients and its employees with a belief in working partnerships and not one off deals.
This role is to build and maintain relationships with new motor business's and be an alternative offer to those who are unable to attain credit through the usual channels.
The South East Region covers Kent, East Sussex, West Sussex & Surrey.
The role:
• Manage your own time and diary
• Selling finance packages - Broker services and software solutions to Car Dealers
• Managing your underwriter / administrators to deliver the required deal KPI's
• Comprehensive updating of the internal web based CRM system
• Management of financial targets and reporting
• Identifying new I.T solutions for online trading with Dealers
Requirements:
• Strong and proven track record in the motor finance trade
• Experience/desire to succeed within a competitive market
• Strong knowledge of and experience in using marketing and sales techniques
• A strong understanding of motor finance
• Strong influencing skills with the ability to manage expectations
Technical Requirements
• Knowledge of CRMs and databases
• Working experience of LinkedIn search techniques
• Strong Excel skills
Education: Relevant commensurate experience in a business focussed position
KPI's
• Sales performance
• Lead conversion to closed deals
• Average net profit on each deal
• Weekly and monthly sales reporting
