The Opportunity

STAR Recruitment are looking to appoint a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer to start asap, you will support the Director and your role will involve;

• Answering the telephone
• Uploading and attributing CV's on company database
• Entering and attributing client information on company database
• Keeping the company database up to date
• Posting job adverts, across job boards, website and social media
• Boolean candidate searching across job boards and social media
• Extensive LinkedIn networking and candidate gathering
• Candidate telephone interviews
• Driving all social media channels forward, including LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Website, blog etc.
• Assisting with candidate recruitment strategies
• Taking candidate references
• Creating mailshots, company newsletters, marketing information

The Candidate

Ideally you will already be in a Trainee Recruitment Consultant role or a Recruitment Administrator / Resourcer role. If you are a graduate working in sales or in an admin role and feel you have the below skills and qualities, please get in touch.

Ideally you will be /have:

• Excellent communication skills
• Polite and kind telephone manner
• An eye for detail
• Can grasp new information quickly / quick learner
• Good social media knowledge
• Experiencing of using CRM systems / databases / in-putting data
• IT Literate and proficient in using Microsoft Office
• Excellent telephone manner
• Administration experience
• Good organisational skills
• Positive person that can work individually and as part of a team
• Sales experience

The Offer

• Starting Salary of GBP16,000
• Opportunity to earn an extra GBP150 bonus per month, if hit all weekly / monthly KPI's / Objectives
• Opportunity to earn a half day finish every Friday if hit all weekly KPI's / objectives
