Restaurant Host

Our Restaurant Team take pride in providing a fantastic Scarlet food and drink experience; our food shows technical skill that is natural and creative alongside our natural wines, artisan and locally produced spirits, beer, ale, cider and soft drinks.

The role of Restaurant Host is to provide a memorable Scarlet experience to our guests.

Key responsibilities are:

- Food and drink service throughout the day
- Ensuring allocated sections are stocked, maintained and kept clean and tidy throughout service
- Product knowledge and upselling

We are looking for full and part time Restaurant Hosts who exude confidence and are passionate about food and drink.

The successful applicants will have a warm personality and exceptional customer service skills; previous bar and waiting experience would be desirable but training can be given to those with essential transferrable skills.

You will need the ability to work in a team environment with enthusiasm and drive to deliver a unique Scarlet experience to every guest.

Excellent written and verbal English along with numeracy is essential.

£7.35 per hour
Permanent contract 30 hours per week including weekends
28 days holiday per year
