My client school is looking for an exceptional graduate to join its team of Teaching Assistants with goal of helping raise attainment levels at GCSE level.

You will be a Teaching Assistant working with classes at key stages 3 and 4 to tutor students and provide additional support to back up and enhance the classroom teachers' lessons. You will be adaptable and ready to work will students will various levels of ability. Your English will be impeccable and your numeracy excellent. Passes at GCSE level are on the up with an 8% increase in GCSE English passes from 2011 to 2012. My client Head Teacher is keen to emulate this performance in Maths and continue with the English performance improvement. The Head Teacher and the Heads of English and Maths have a personalised timetable for their Teaching Assistants which is reviewed weekly to ensure maximum support, effectiveness and personal development.

The sixth form leader is keen to further increase numbers in the sixth form by increasing passes at GCSE. The sixth form is held in high regard and saw 3 out of 4 students that graduated in year 13 securing University places last year.

They are at the cutting edge of technology, educational innovation and community involvement and are developing all the time to meet the changing needs of the diverse groups of people they serve.
