Our client is a multi award-winning provider of enterprise-class cloud IT solutions. They believe in providing great products and even better customer service. They are now looking for an Account Manager to join their self-starting team.

As an Account Manager, you’ll be tasked with delivering a world-class service to our client’s customers via telephone and face-to-face client visits. 

Acting as a customer champion, you’ll ensure that customers’ businesses are successfully using our client’s solutions. You’ll identify ways to add value, develop accounts and maximise both profitability and customer satisfaction. 

Specifically, your duties will involve: 

- Identifying new business opportunities 
- Managing and transacting upgrades or downgrades for existing customers 
- Providing feedback on customers’ interests to the Marketing Team 
- Collaborating with other departments to swiftly resolve any customer issues

Customer-focused and highly adaptable, as an Account Manager, you must be confident, motivated and target-oriented. You’ll also be a quick learner with a great eye for detail and the ability to multi-task. 

Ideally, you’ll have previous account management experience, but this is not essential.
