I am currently working with an OFSTED 'good' school that is larger than average size in Bradford. They are looking to appoint a Teaching Assistant to work across the school teacher. You will be part of staffing team who focus on embedding a broad and balanced curriculum to further improve the levels of progress of all pupils, developing a higher percentage of children working at greater depth so, it will be your role to support the delivery of this. You will also support children to understand responsibilities and rights and use their voice to express themselves effectively. The school value and celebrate each individual successes and ensure safety and well-being. The children are nurtured to independence.

You will need:
- Level 2 TA qualification
- Experience working one to one as well as in groups/classes
- SEN experience desirable but not essential
- Ability to build solid relationships with pupils, parents and staff

Responsibilities:
- Safeguarding children within the school environment
- Assisting with the delivery of activities
- Classroom management
