The University of Wales Trinity Saint David invites applications for the post of Technology Enhanced Learning Administrator, based within the University’s Technology Enhanced Learning (TEL) department. 

The TEL Administrator will work with academic, professional support staff and students to assist with the day to day management of the University’s learning technologies such as Virtual Learning Environments (VLE’s), electronic submission and assessment tools. The post holder will be expected to act as the first point of contact for all telephone and email queries for the University’s learning technologies, and will provide high quality administrative support for the department, assisting the Executive Head of TEL across a range of administrative functions, including support for the University shop.

TEL provides services across all campuses and as such, while the post holder will be based on one campus there may be an expectation to regularly work from other campuses as required in order to meet the needs to the department.

Applications are invited from individuals with experience in providing high quality administrative support, including basic financial skills. Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines is essential. Previous experience of working in Higher Education, as well as experience of using a Virtual Learning Environment and managing a database is desirable.
