Our client's Service is an Extra Care scheme for people aged 55 and over. The scheme is staffed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week  offering person centred care and support to customers based on their individual risk and needs assessment and care and support plan. Customers have their own self-contained flat with access to communal facilities such as an onsite shop, restaurant, hairdresser and health suite.

Hours: 14 & 21 Hours (Part Time)

As a Care and Support Worker, you will provide their customers with high quality care and support to maintain their independent lifestyle which will include close personal care and assisting them with their washing, bathing, dressing and hoisting where needed. You will also be responsible to prepare meals and serve meals, assisting customer with appointments and shopping assisting with social activities and generally supporting the customer where needed.

  • 2 x 14 Hour post(s)
