Due to the continued growth of our business an exciting new opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Adviser to join our established team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, permanent role.

Working within our Central Advisory Team in Milton Keynes, you will be providing HR advice and guidance via phone and email to our client schools around the country.  Cases and queries cover the full range of the employment life cycle including recruitment, disciplinary, capability, absence, change management and terminations. A key part of the role will also involve HR policy reviews and supporting the development of our generic documents in line with ACAS and employment law.

You will be CIPD qualified with significant experience and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation. A team player with excellent communication skills, you will understand the importance of good customer service and be able to demonstrate a proactive approach in guiding clients through complex HR case work and reaching timely and effective resolutions. Knowledge of the education sector would be helpful.

We are a national organisation and one of the lead providers of support services to the education sector, including HR, Payroll, Finance, IT and Property Support.  A key part of our business is the provision of HR advice and support to Headteachers and Governors on employee relations, policies, employment contracts and HR best practice.
