Visilume is a market leader in the supply of sight glasses for viewing the contents and the level of tanks, vessels and pipelines to various industries including oil and gas, pharmaceutical and p petrochemical. Since it was founded in 1984, the company has established a strong UK and international customer base by prioritising customer service and providing easy access to technical expertise. The company moved into employee ownership in 2014 and the team are seeking an Internal Sales Engineer to join them in growing and developing the business.

Job Responsibilities, but not limited to:-

·Providing attractive quotations to customers, which may involve customising our existing products.

·Manage orders to ensure customer satisfaction with our service.

·Build relationships with customers and suppliers.

·Provide technical support for customers and colleagues, and act as a focal point for complex contracts.

The Successful Applicant

·Ideally will have an engineering qualification along with experience in the sale of technical products into industry, but we will also welcome applications from talented individuals who have relevant experience, or from a more technical background looking for a move into sales.

·A problem solver with an interest in proposing innovative ideas and then carrying them through to completion.

·A good team player, with a flexible approach that focuses on increasing quality of service.

·Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·Have good proficiency in using Microsoft Word and Excel.
