This Sportswear Company is looking for a talented Graphic Designer to join their team in order to make a meaningful contribution to the visual design, direction and branding of a top class service, delivering cutting-edge designs. The role will involve producing customer artworks, managing their visual design right across the business, from the front-end website to the creation of email templates.
You will need to have a passion for design, a keen eye for detail and the drive to keep brand identity and quality consistent across all areas. As well as a talent in graphic design, the ability to implement design through to HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery will also be required.
You will be a creative thinker, but also someone that is able to work to deadlines. An expert knowledge of the Abode Creative Suite is required.
Key Task / Purpose of job:
- Design and produce quality artworks in accordance with customer specifications
- Liaison with customer to achieve sign off where required
- Preparation of artwork for production
- Ensuring customer requirements are clearly communicated to production
- Design of standard products for website and print
- Maintain and develop photo library
- Maintenance of artwork file library and back up
- Keep the website visually up to date and consistent with the brand
- Design new landing pages to market specific services or features
- Design support for marketing campaigns, projects and adverts
- Converting design to HTML/CSS/JS/JQuery for implementation into the website
- Design of HTML email and newsletters templates
Essential skills/qualifications and Experience
Working experience of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and In Design either academically or self taught to a proficient level
- Good computer literacy and understanding of file types
- Creative, with a good eye for detail and can demonstrate this
- Good team player who can word independently and as part of a team
