One of the fastest growing private house builders in the UK is now looking for an experienced administrator to work within their residential sales department and to coordinate the sales and marketing activities.

The Role

- Preparing property particulars for brochures, property sales websites, etc.
- Managing and updating online property portals Right move, Zoopla, etc.
- Listing and amending new properties
- Maintaining diaries for sales team and coordinating viewing appointments
- Assisting with the design and production of sales literature and marketing material
- Coordinating show homes on new developments
- Coordinating sales and marketing launches on new developments. Ordering sales offices, furniture, signage, etc.
- Creating customer care packs
- Working with sales negotiators on sales pipeline.
- Liaising with solicitors, mortgage brokers and other external professionals throughout the sales process
- Prepare detailed sales and marketing reports for directors and attending regular sales meetings
- The hours will be flexible and you must be able to work half a day on Saturdays

Skills required

- Minimum 9 GCSES (A-C passes) including grade A* or A in English language
- Qualified to degree level
- Qualification in marketing would be advantageous
- Proficient in IT packages including word, excel and power point
- Excellent general administration skills
- Minimum of 5 years experience in key administrative role
- Logical and analytical
- Must be able to demonstrate persistence and tenacity
