A new position has arisen for you to join A1 Motor Stores, at their Leicester Head Office. They have a network of over 250 independent retail and motor factor stores within the Automotive industry, and they are now looking for a Sales Administrator to support them. You will quickly become a crucial member of their Head Office support team.  

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following:

  • Experience working within the Automotive industry
  • A good level of experience in an Administrative role
  • Ability to understand and use of MAM system
  • Be well presented with a great telephone manner

The focus of your role is to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the office, covering reception and answering the telephone. You will assist Regional Organisers and report directly to the Office Manager.

Your role as Sales Administrator will include:

  • Processing new members and handling any queries
  • Receiving customer orders and arranging any returns
  • Using MAM system for member orders and returns
  • Managing data on the intranet, ensuring information is up to date
  • Administrative duties such as telephone reception
  • Communicating with suppliers to make bookings and reservations
  • Controlling the A1 merchandise and maintaining stock levels
  • Assisting with any Convention and Trade exhibitions

You will also receive 20-days holiday plus bank holidays

Working hours for this position are Monday to Friday 9.00am – 5.00pm
