The Company:
Our client is a forward thinking international manufacturing company.

Main duties:
- To be the main point of contact for Russian and/or Turkish speaking customers
- To maintain and develop a strong relationship with clients

The Role:
- Handling all customer enquiries in a polite and efficient manner, both on the telephone and by email
- Processing customer orders using the company’s CRM system
-Tracking shipments to ensure that all deliveries are made on time
- Keeping customers updated
- Taking ownership of any customer queries
- Coordinating with various departments within the company
- Inbound and outbound calls to develop client relationships
- Handling customer complaints politely and efficiently

The Candidate:
- Fluent in English and Russian and/or Turkish is essential
- Previous experience within Administration & Customer Services
- Knowledge of CRM systems
- High level of commercial awareness
- Computer literate
- Highly organised
- Excellent communication skills
- Striving to provide first class customer service
- A natural problem solver

Salary: £18k pa + excellent benefits
