Field Sales Representative

FINTEC recruit is seeking a Field Sales Representative for our client the position is home based covering the M5 Corridor.

This is a permanent position with a salary of £25,000.00 - £30,000.00 Per Annum depending on experience.

The package includes a good basic salary, and OTE potential for achieving specific sales targets. The company provides a Stakeholder pension, full communications package and a fully expensed company car. Experience of sales in the horticultural/hydroponic industry.

Role and Responsibilities:

• Contacting current and potential customers and making appointments to generate sales, directly or indirectly.
• Presenting the company's products and services to customers.
• Keeping detailed records of visits and customer requirements.
• Planning daily, weekly and monthly timetables
• Attending Head office as required.
• Keeping up with new products and attending training as required.
• Monitoring competitor activity and products.
• Working with colleagues to plan approaches to contacts and effective business plans.

Requirements:

• Friendly and pro-active approach
• Providing individual service supported by sound product knowledge
• Proven sales experience
• Experience of sales in the horticultural/hydroponic industry.
• Effective time management skills
• Excellent communication skills
• IT skills (MS Office suite)
• Full clean driving licence are essential for this role.
• The position will be home based travelling throughout the M5 corridor, with time spent at Head Office as required.
