Are you an experienced Customer Services professional looking to work with a leading Financial Services company? Our Client based just outside Cardiff City Centre are looking to recruit Customer Service Advisor's to join a friendly and supportive team within the customer service department.

This position will see you dealing with inbound enquiries, assisting both new and existing customers with their account queries and discussing other relevant products and services where appropriate.

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be responsible for:


  • First class telephone manner in dealing with inbound/outbound calls and in line with DPA guidelines
  • Opening and distributing of incoming/outgoing mail
  • Carry out administrative tasks in relation to processing new applications
  • Process and allocate payments made by debit card and cheques from customers
  • Carry out additional administrative tasks as and when required

  • You must be flexible to work between the hours of 8am-8pm, Mon-Friday. Working every other weekend between the hours of 9am - 6pm. As this is working for a financial services client you must be able to pass a credit check.

    The successful Customer Service Advisor will have previously worked within a contact centre or customer service role.
